We are working with an established contract caterer who is seeking a talented and driven Regional Manager to oversee the catering for a portfolio of Senior Living sites across the South of England. This is a leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong Contract Catering background who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and inspiring teams to deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of catering services, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, service, and compliance.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets are met.
- Nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to exceed expectations.
- Deliver innovative solutions to operational challenges, maintaining a solution-focused approach.
About You:
- A proven background in Contract Catering (Senior Living experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- A solution-focused mindset, with the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
