Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for marketing and communications? Our client, a leading organisation in the legal sector, is seeking a talented Communications and Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team

You will play a vital role in amplifying our firm's thought leadership and public communications. You will work alongside a talented team to create, edit, and publish engaging content that resonates with our audience across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and our website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Produce clear, compelling content including legal articles, press releases, and firm updates.
  • Campaign Planning:Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns and maintain a strategic content calendar.
  • Social Media Management:Manage our LinkedIn presence, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and ensure timely content delivery.
  • Press Relations:Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to enhance our visibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting:Track and report on content performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Management Support the Marketing Director and Managing Partner in shaping and delivering the firm's brand positioning and visual identity

Skills/ Experience:

  • Proven experience in communications, content creation, or marketing, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to convey complex legal concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing trends, including AI's impact on content strategy.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
