Customer Service Executive
Salary: £25,500 + Benefits
Location: Central Guildford, Surrey
Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts: 7am-4pm, 9am-6pm, 1pm-10pm

About the Role:
As part of a growing Customer Experience team, you’ll support one of our largest partner accounts by:
Managing a dedicated support email queue
Providing tailored technical assistance, on behalf of a partner
Using screen-sharing tools to troubleshoot and understand customer setups
Processing service and product upgrades
Ensuring every customer receives VIP-level support
Collaborating with the Product Team by sharing valuable customer feedback
