Employee Relations AdvisorLocation: Guildford - Hybrid (2-3 days in the office ideally but flexible)Salary: £35,000 - £40,000Contract: FTC or Permanent option available

Our client is searching for an experienced ER Advisor (or an HR Advisor with a strong focus on employee relations) to join their established HR team. Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage a diverse caseload of employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Provide expert guidance on UK employment law to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Provide advice to managers on ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
• Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and sickness absence cases.
• Support HR projects and initiatives to promote a positive employee experience.
• Ensure all casework is accurately documented and reported.
• Monitor trends and contribute to continuous improvement of policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Proven experience in managing ER casework with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Energetic, positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
