Deputy Manager - Supported Living (Guildford)Salary: £15.83 per hour (+ overtime opportunities)Hours: 37.5 hours per week (every other weekend required)Are you an experienced leader passionate about empowering adults with learning disabilities? We're seeking a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a person-centred service in Guildford, promoting independence and choice for clients.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of high-quality support for 3 independent adults (personal care not required), ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and engagement in meaningful activities.Step up as Manager when needed, providing leadership for a secondary service (6 clients) and mentoring support staff.Administer medication and assist with light household tasks, fostering a supportive yet empowering environment.Maintain accurate records, manage rotas, and ensure compliance with care standards.Collaborate with the Manager to implement individualised support plans, focusing on clients' goals and independence.
