   We are working with a highly successful College in Hampshire, currently seeking passionate and committed Business Tutors to join their thriving department from August 2025. These positions are suitable for both full-time and part-time applicants.

   The successful candidates will deliver A-Level Business (AQA) and/or Vocational Business (BTEC) to post-16 learners, playing a key role in helping students achieve excellent outcomes and prepare for their next steps into higher education or employment.

   This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, collaborative and well-resourced team of enthusiastic teachers. The department is led by dedicated curriculum managers who foster innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.

   
   
   Key Responsibilities:
   
   

   • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons to A-Level and BTEC Business learners.

   • Use shared teaching resources and contribute to departmental collaboration.

   • Support student learning beyond the classroom, including open evenings, interview days and parent events.

   • Participate in departmental meetings and staff CPD every Tuesday after college.

   
   
   What We're Looking For:
   
   

   • A degree in Business or a related subject.

   • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE) is desirable, but not essential.

   • Applications are welcomed from non-qualified graduates-mentoring and training will be provided.

   • A commitment to professional development, teamwork, and educational excellence.
