We are working with a highly successful College in Hampshire, currently seeking passionate and committed Business Tutors to join their thriving department from August 2025. These positions are suitable for both full-time and part-time applicants.
The successful candidates will deliver A-Level Business (AQA) and/or Vocational Business (BTEC) to post-16 learners, playing a key role in helping students achieve excellent outcomes and prepare for their next steps into higher education or employment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, collaborative and well-resourced team of enthusiastic teachers. The department is led by dedicated curriculum managers who foster innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
Deliver engaging and challenging lessons to A-Level and BTEC Business learners.

Use shared teaching resources and contribute to departmental collaboration.

Support student learning beyond the classroom, including open evenings, interview days and parent events.

Participate in departmental meetings and staff CPD every Tuesday after college.

A degree in Business or a related subject.

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE) is desirable, but not essential.

Applications are welcomed from non-qualified graduates-mentoring and training will be provided.

Teaching Load: 22.5 hours per week contact time, 15 teaching periods, 5 for prep/marking
