Reed HR are recruiting for a Standalone HR Manager to join a forward-thinking company based in Guildford, with occasional travel to their London office. This is a permanent role with occasional working from home, offering a great blend of autonomy, collaboration, and flexibility!

Scope for multiple roles – we’re also open to applications from Senior HR Managers OR Senior HR Advisors/HR Advisors looking to step up!

About the Role:

As the sole HR presence on-site, you’ll lead on all aspects of HR, from strategic initiatives to day-to-day operations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the people agenda and supporting a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead on employee relations, performance management, and engagement
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategy
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven HR experience at Manager or Senior Advisor level
  • Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above)
  • Experience in a stand alone role
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge and confidence working independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Employee Relations experience
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
