As Warehouse Administrator, you'll play a key part in ensuring that all returned products are processed promptly, accurately, and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log, inspect, and test returned items
  • Maintain accurate return records within internal systems
  • Identify faults or damage and categorise returns appropriately
  • Liaise with the customer support team to resolve return queries
  • Coordinate with suppliers to arrange replacements or refunds for faulty products
  • Maintain an organised, tidy workspace within the returns area
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
