Client Manager - Prestige HomesLocation: Guildford, SurreySalary: £30,000 basic + OTE £50,000-£60,000+ Overview:A high-performing estate agency in Guildford is looking for a Client Manager to join its Prestige Homes team. This is a relationship-driven role focused on supporting sales in the premium property market, offering tailored service and expert guidance to both sellers and buyers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with homeowners, valuation prospects, and lapsed clients
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional service to prestige property clients, working closely with senior colleagues
  • Arrange and manage viewings, provide prompt and insightful feedback, and ensure clients feel supported at every stage
  • Qualify buyers and proactively introduce them to suitable high-value or off-market properties
  • Assist in following up valuations and converting leads into active instructions
  • Maintain service consistency across the entire client experience, from first contact to sale completion

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property sales, valuations, or client advisory within the residential sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, service-led approach
  • Comfortable working with affluent clients and luxury property

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Reapit is a plus
