Location: Surrey (Office-based)
Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 per annum

Role Overview
As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the design and technical aspects of residential developments from planning through to completion. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural and engineering design information across multiple residential projects.
- Manage technical approvals, including planning conditions, building regulations, and warranty provider requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design and construction issues.
- Review and manage drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Support the planning and pre-construction phases with technical input.
- Ensure compliance with current building regulations and NHBC standards.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support to construction teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role within residential construction.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and technical standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in reviewing architectural and engineering drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant qualification in architecture, engineering, or construction (HNC/HND/Degree).
