My client a luxurious and elegant country hotel near Edinburgh is looking for a Breakfast Chef (LIVE IN AVAILABLE) to join their dedicated and highly skilled team in helping them continue to deliver a unique and personal style of cuisine and service.
Ideally, candidates should have experience in a similar role within a team, but not essential as in house training will be provided.
A "leading by example" attitude should be second nature, and a willingness and passion to go above and beyond to make a guest's experience as good as it possibly can be should always be at the forefront of your mind, especially when it comes to breakfast being the most important meal of the day.
Candidates should be of the highest professional calibre and be able to take ownership of their duties and station, whilst working alongside and reporting to the Head and Sous Chef.
This position is for 5 days over the week, 8 hours per day (6am to 2pm) business dependent.

Pay: £12.75 - £13.50 an hour - additional pay: tips
Job type: Part-time / Permanent / Full-time
Shift and schedule: 8 hour shift, day shift, expected hours 39 45 per week
