About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our client's growing team. In this role, you'll help deliver high-quality products by following standard operating procedures and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment. You'll work across a variety of areas-including Finishing, Workshop, and Machine Shop-with guidance from your Supervisor/Manager.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining a safe working environment and taking responsibility for your own safety.

  • Carrying out hands-on production tasks to a high standard (e.g., hand assembly, cutting, drilling, finishing).

  • Checking the quality of your own work and raising any concerns.

  • Following training, company standards, and work instructions to complete tasks accurately.

  • Inspecting work against technical drawings or instructions.

  • Reporting equipment faults or irregularities promptly.

  • Escalating issues that impact production targets or product quality, using a proactive "stop and fix" approach.
