• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • £25.50 - £26.50 per hour (Days)

  • £30.50 - £31.50 per hour (Nights/Saturdays)

  • £35.50 - £36.50 per hour (Sundays/Bank Holidays)

Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse working within a fast-paced Psychiatric Liaison Team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in urgent care mental health. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting mental health assessments within emergency departments and general hospital settings

• Providing rapid response and short-term crisis support

• Developing risk management and discharge plans

• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support safe transitions of care

• Managing a varied caseload of service users in acute psychological distress

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Current and valid NMC registration and PIN

• Essential: Experience in psychiatric liaison or mental health crisis services

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm and professionalism

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota

This full-time role requires availability for long-day shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM), Monday to Sunday. The contract is 3 months ongoing, with strong potential for extension depending on performance and service needs.
