Our well-established client based in the Halesowen area are currently recruiting for a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor role include:
- Handle incoming enquiries via telephone and email
- Liaise with suppliers in Hong Kong
- Process customer orders
- Input data into the system
- Arrange collections and deliveries
- Manage customer complaints
- General administration duties as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Cantonese
- Have previous Customer Service/Administration experience
- Have excellent IT skills
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
