Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for an experienced Finance Administrator to look after the various finance orientated tasks for a specialist manufacturing business. As the ideal candidate you will be experienced in the below with a proactive approach and attitude.
Your role will involve:
- Scanning delivery notes in daily
- Matching invoices to delivery notes / GRNI
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Setting up new suppliers
- Adding customer pricing to price books
- Checking supplier payment run
