Description
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent financial data.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary changes in financial practices.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified - Newly or Recently Qualified
- Experience in financial reporting is ideal but would consider first moves from practice
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
