They are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen brigade and assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of service.

As Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie you will:

Have experience of working within good quality kitchens
Be flexible enough to work on all sections as required
Be a good team player and also be able to supervise and develop more junior members of the team
Be a dedicated to producing a high standard of cuisine at all times
Have a genuine passion for food and wanting to move to the best kitchen in order to learn and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
