Description
- Provide financial business partnering to production teams, ensuring accurate cost analysis and budgeting.
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast financial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support operational decision-making by delivering actionable financial insights.
- Monitor and manage financial risks within the production environment.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for the production department.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of production costs and variances.
- Implement and maintain best practices in financial management and controls.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A qualification in ACCA, CIMA, or ACA (or Qualification by Experience)
- Post-qualification experience in an FMCG, manufacturing, or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and cost management.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
