- Ensure prices are accurate for project quotes and deliveries, keeping project budgets aligned with profit targets.
- Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance profit margins on sales.
- Attend internal project meetings to provide updates on lead times and potential supply chain issues.
- Track orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely arrival of correct items.
- Manage faulty product cases (DOA), ensuring replacements are processed within the expected timeframes.
- Keep Project Managers, Finance, and relevant departments informed about supply chain risks and delays.
- Oversee the returns process (RMA), escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping for deliveries.
- Complete all required documentation for each project, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Advocate for adherence to procurement processes to meet overall business objectives.
- Ensure deliveries meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Leverage strong negotiation and communication skills to secure optimal prices and services for the company.
- Collaborate with suppliers to uphold and improve quality standards.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, facilitating better pricing and smoother procurement processes.
- Visit supplier sites to strengthen partnerships and enhance client relationships.
- Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to adapt swiftly within a fast-moving and dynamic team setting.
- Proficient in using IT systems and software.
- Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
