Welder Fabricator - Up to 16ph - Overtime at 1.5x - Near Halstead
Join the UK's leading car transporter manufacturer at their state-of-the-art, eco-powered facility in Gosfield, just outside Braintree. We're on the hunt for skilled or developing Welder Fabricators to strengthen the body-build team.

7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, early finish Friday at 1:30pm

The Role:
You'll be fabricating and MIG welding the core structures of premium car transporters - either solo or in a pair - under the support of an experienced supervisor.
What We're Looking For:
MIG welding experience (but we'll train the right person)
Ability to read technical drawings (bonus points)
Strong work ethic, teamwork, and a sharp eye for detail
Proactive attitude and a passion for quality craftsmanship
Key Duties:
MIG welding thick-gauge steel (5mm+)
Building key structural components
Working from CAD drawings
Keeping kit in top condition
Supporting the team to hit production targets - safely and to standard
This is a permanent role following a 13-week probation period.
