This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, dynamic office environment, delivering whole of market mortgage and insurance advice to a diverse client base.________________________________________What You'll Be Doing* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' financial circumstances to recommend the most suitable mortgage products.* Provide expert, unbiased advice across a broad spectrum of mortgage solutions.* Support clients throughout the application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience.* Stay informed of market developments, regulations, and financial product changes.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry stakeholders.* Offer exceptional aftercare to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.* Collaborate closely with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.________________________________________What We're Looking For* CeMAP qualified with at least 1 year of experience advising on whole of market mortgages.* Experience in personal insurance is preferred but not essential.* Comfortable handling a high volume of cases with precision and care.* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.* Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.* Organised and efficient - you'll be working in a fast-moving environment and expected to keep up!________________________________________Why Join Clyde Financial?* Competitive base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)* Uncapped commission - realistic OTE between £65,000 and £85,000* No weekend work - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm hours* Pension scheme and excellent career development opportunities* Join a growing business with a trusted name and strong support network________________________________________
