My client is seeking an experienced Production Manager for their North Lanarkshire site with a focus on the FMCG sector.

Candidates should have proven experience in a fast-paced food production environment and strong leadership skills.
The position includes a rotating shift pattern, alternating between dayshift and backshift.
The salary for this role is competitive, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager to join their site in North Lanarkshire. You will be working with an extremely successful FMCG company, that are going through a continued period of development and investment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of production team
Ensure high standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency
Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless production flow
Monitor production schedules, adjust resources as necessary, and meet production targets

Experience Required:

Proven experience in fast paced food production environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work effectively across different shifts
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Shift Pattern:

Rotating shift pattern of dayshift and backshift. There will be 2 weeks dayshift (06:00-14:30), 2 weeks backshift (14:30-23:00)
