Junior Building Project Manager (Leisure)
Location Droitwich, with Hybrid working options
Salary 32,000 -38,000 DOE, Individual & Company Bonus schemes

About the Role

The postholder will join the already established PPM projects delivery team and play an active part in assisting with the design and delivery of projects. The postholder will receive practical experience and build confidence, knowledge and understanding of the following:
  • Undertake the production and delivery of small works project in value from 10,000- 500,00
  • Selection of Designers and Contractor
  • Guiding the development of any design and specification information
  • Assisting with tendering projects
  • Assisting with preparation and review of construction programme
  • Attendance at meetings and site progress monitoring

Requirements
  • Full UK driving license to travel to sites
  • Achieved or working towards a relevant Professional Built Environment qualification
