About the Role

Parkwood Project Management is looking for a motivated Building Project Manager to oversee exciting refurbishment and new-build projects in the leisure and hospitality sector. If you're ambitious, confident, and have strong pre-contract experience, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do
  • Lead projects up to 500K in value.
  • Manage budgets, contracts and procurement processes.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance [CDM 2015].
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams.
  • Travel to project sites as needed.
  • Be part of a team improving services that benefit local communities and user groups
What You'll Need
  • Built Environment related qualification (BSc, PMI, APM, CIOB)
  • CPD committed with PAC and Chartership support provided
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Full UK driving license.
