About the Role:Â Brand new vacancy now available for a Sales Coordinator in Harlow! Reed Business Support is very excited to be working exclusively with an easy-to-sell brand. Customer service experience is essential for this Sales Coordinator role, along with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and to question discrepancies on the orders coming through.
Sales Coordinator Duties:
- Supporting the Sales Desk by processing orders, dealing with telephone enquiries, and handling new account applications.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Building relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities with existing customers.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
Sales Coordinator Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- High level of accuracy.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a knack for keeping detailed records.
- Self-sufficient when needed and able to work to deadlines.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

- Salary: £27,000 to £31,000 depending on experience.
- Holidays:Â 23 days holiday including Christmas shutdown plus Bank Holidays, with an annual increase of 1 day up to 26 days.
