About the Role: Brand new vacancy now available for a Sales Coordinator in Harlow! Reed Business Support is very excited to be working exclusively with an easy-to-sell brand. This thriving company provides sustainable, future-proof products. Customer service experience is essential for this Sales Coordinator role, along with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and to question discrepancies on the orders coming through.

Sales Coordinator Duties:

  • Supporting the Sales Desk by processing orders, dealing with telephone enquiries, and handling new account applications.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Building relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities with existing customers.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.

Sales Coordinator Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for keeping detailed records.
  • Self-sufficient when needed and able to work to deadlines.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Working Hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
