Salary £36,000 - £40,000 per annum
We’re looking for a hands-on Ventilation Hygiene Engineer to lead and deliver high-quality cleaning, disinfection, and compliance works across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sites.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and supervise a team on-site.
- Clean and disinfect ductwork, AHUs, and kitchen extract systems.
- Test and maintain fire dampers.
- Ensure all work meets TR19, BS EN 15780, and HTM 03-01 standards.
- Complete reports, risk assessments, and site documentation.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Work safely and maintain top H&S standards.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in ventilation hygiene or duct cleaning.
- TR19 knowledge and hands-on technical expertise.
- CSCS card & full UK driving licence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Nice to have:
- BESA VHE certification, Confined Space Training, IPAF/PASMA, or HTM 03-01 awareness.
