Plumber - Social Housing (Mobile Role)
Location: Harlow / North Essex
Pay Rate: 21.18 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber to join our team, working on social housing properties in Harlow / North Essex area. This is a mobile role, so you'll be provided with a company van to travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in social housing properties
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned works
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and is completed to a high standard
- Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber in a similar role
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Basic DBS
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (preferred)
- Social Housing / Domestic experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
