You must have experience delivering Dayforce implementations for Australian clients. What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead end-to-end Dayforce Payroll or WFM implementations for Australian businesses.
Configure the platform to meet complex client needs—turning business requirements into smart, scalable solutions.
Take ownership of integrations, data flows, and custom configurations.
Deliver tailored training and enablement to empower client teams.
Guide clients through testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
Troubleshoot challenges with confidence and creativity.
Share insights internally to strengthen team capability and product knowledge.
Stay ahead of Dayforce updates—championing innovation and efficiency.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in Dayforce Payroll or WFM implementations—specifically for Australian markets.
Deep knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
Salesforce knowledge or certification? Big plus.
Strong communicator—able to simplify the complex for any audience.
Comfortable balancing multiple projects and competing priorities.
Detail-obsessed and solutions-driven.
A natural collaborator who can also thrive autonomously.
Open to occasional travel when required.
