  • Lead end-to-end Dayforce Payroll or WFM implementations for Australian businesses.
  • Configure the platform to meet complex client needs—turning business requirements into smart, scalable solutions.
  • Take ownership of integrations, data flows, and custom configurations.
  • Deliver tailored training and enablement to empower client teams.
  • Guide clients through testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
  • Troubleshoot challenges with confidence and creativity.
  • Share insights internally to strengthen team capability and product knowledge.
  • Stay ahead of Dayforce updates—championing innovation and efficiency.
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in Dayforce Payroll or WFM implementations—specifically for Australian markets.
  • Deep knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
  • Salesforce knowledge or certification? Big plus.
  • Strong communicator—able to simplify the complex for any audience.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Detail-obsessed and solutions-driven.
