Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) – Permanent Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Harpenden.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting young children’s learning and development, and who can provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

  • Support children’s individual learning and development needs.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families and carers.

  • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare policies are followed at all times.

What we are looking for:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.

  • A caring, creative and committed approach to working with children.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
