This high end, privately owned 60 bedroom hotel, resort and spa which is located on a rural estate in Yorkshire has an opportunity for an experienced individual to take charge of all hotel operations and to be responsible for delivery of outstanding guest experiences, strong commercial performance and cross departmental leadership.
Proven experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel or resort with 50 bedrooms plus
Evidenced experience of managing an F&B led hotel with multiple restaurants and a strong banqueting element
Strong team leadership and people development skills
Commercially astute with budget and cost control experience, comfortable with business management to P&L Level Service-driven with strong guest-facing presence
