- Responding to all enquiries via various communication channels (telephone, email, chat, text and video).
- Building rapport with customers through friendly and engaging communication via omni-channel systems.
- Process enquiries effectively and accurately on the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Proactively acquiring new customers through follow ups and leads generated from direct marketing campaigns.
- Working towards and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI’s.
- Adhering to all GDPR and industry regulations.
- Experience in a sales or telephone-based
