WorkwithYorkshire are working with a Law Firm based in Harrogate, who have a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancer to join their team.
This is a permanent full time office role, primarily based in Harrogate with the option to work some days in other offices.
Competitive salary on offer dependant on experience.
Duties:
- Manage your own conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales
- Manage client expectations and meet deadlines
- Provide clients with relevant legal advice and record all advice clearly
Key skills and experience;
- Experienced Conveyancer that can manage their own work load
- Previous experience dealing with freehold and leasehold
- Commercial conveyancing experience a bonus but not essential
