Experienced Conveyancer – Hybrid Working Opportunity in Central Leeds

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of Yorkshire's premier property law firms. This role offers a hybrid working model with only two days required in the central Leeds office.

Our client, a well-established firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its team and manage a diverse caseload of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold and new build properties
  • Conduct title checks, address enquiries and prepare property reports for purchases
  • Handle enquiries for sales transactions
  • Take on complex matters, including new build transactions, shared ownership and deeds of variation
  • Mentor and support junior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with senior management to help shape the department’s direction
  • Liaise with clients to confirm exchange and completion dates
  • Perform AML and SOF checks

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience handling a sales and purchase caseload
  • Extensive experience in leasehold, new build and complex transactions
  • A qualified Solicitor, CLC or CILEX with 5+ years PQE, ideally accustomed to handling high-volume case processing
