Role Responsibilities:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across website, content, email, and social channels (with a strong B2B focus on LinkedIn).
Website Management & SEO:
- Oversee website performance, user experience, and SEO improvements
- Create and optimise landing pages and gated content for lead generation
- Use A/B testing and analytics to boost conversion rates
Campaign & Social Media Management:
- Plan and deliver LinkedIn campaigns to drive B2B engagement and brand visibility
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, posting regularly and tracking performance
- Create engaging content for social and digital channels
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:
- Develop and execute segmented email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot
- Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and improve campaign performance
- Support sales teams by aligning digital touchpoints with the buyer journey
Content & Communications:
- Produce content such as blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, and newsletters
- Ensure all external communications align with brand messaging and tone
- Collaborate across teams to deliver relevant, engaging, and informative content
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Insights
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform marketing strategy and ROI
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B, tech, or sustainability-focused environment
- Strong understanding of SEO, website UX, and content strategy
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other digital campaigns
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Passionate about sustainability and digital innovation
