This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week and puts you at the heart of a dynamic team where your ideas, expertise, and results will shape the future of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across website, content, email, and social channels (with a strong B2B focus on LinkedIn).

Website Management & SEO:

  • Oversee website performance, user experience, and SEO improvements
  • Create and optimise landing pages and gated content for lead generation
  • Use A/B testing and analytics to boost conversion rates

Campaign & Social Media Management:

  • Plan and deliver LinkedIn campaigns to drive B2B engagement and brand visibility
  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, posting regularly and tracking performance
  • Create engaging content for social and digital channels

Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:

  • Develop and execute segmented email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot
  • Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and improve campaign performance
  • Support sales teams by aligning digital touchpoints with the buyer journey

Content & Communications:

  • Produce content such as blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, and newsletters
  • Ensure all external communications align with brand messaging and tone
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver relevant, engaging, and informative content

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Insights
  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform marketing strategy and ROI

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B, tech, or sustainability-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of SEO, website UX, and content strategy
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other digital campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Passionate about sustainability and digital innovation
