As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Lead and manage the clinical care team.
- Provide hands-on leadership and support staff development.
- Conduct assessments, audits, and care planning.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
- Offer clinical leadership across both day and night shifts.

- Registered Nurse status with an NMC PIN.
- Experience in a senior nurse or leadership role, preferably in a care home.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of clinical governance and CQC regulations.
