Our Client based in Acton looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead to work on a Permanent basis with in their friendly and supportive team.
The role is permanent, Ideally full time 5 days per week
Hybrid working with 3 days on site and 2 days remote working
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.
The Job Role Includes:
- Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
- Supporting all aspects of OH remit
- Support with recruitment and training need
- Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency review with individuals
- Meeting the strategic aims of the Emergency response, treatment and OH service
- Working closely with sight operations and multiple stakeholders on Multiple Sites.
Experience / skills required;
- NMC Registered Nurse
- OH Degree/Diploma essential
- Case management experience essential
- Line management experience essential
