£31,000 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week | Predominantly Monday to Friday | Excellent Work-Life Balance

We are delighted to be recruiting a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join the dedicated culinary team at a renowned independent school in Harrow, Greater London. This is a unique opportunity to work under a Michelin-trained Head Chef in a high-end kitchen that offers the creativity of fine dining alongside the benefits of a healthy work-life balance—without the intense hours of traditional hospitality roles.

What the Role Offers:

• £31,000 salary based on a 40-hour working week

• Mainly Monday to Friday shifts, with occasional weekend work for special events

• No split shifts – early or late shifts only

• Christmas, New Year, and all bank holidays off

• Involvement in premium events including weddings, corporate dining, and VIP sports occasions—executed at a level equivalent to 2 AA Rosettes

• Cook from scratch with seasonal, high-quality ingredients sourced from top suppliers

Who We're Looking For:

• An experienced Chef de Partie (or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up) with a background in Michelin-starred or Rosette-standard kitchens

• Confident working with fresh, seasonal produce and maintaining exceptional food standards

• Enjoys a mix of volume catering and high-end bespoke events

• A proactive and reliable team player with solid time management and communication skills

• Creative, committed, and eager to grow within a supportive team
