Day-to-day of the role:
  • Liaise and build good rapport with clients, understanding their service requirements and managing delivery with the technical team and other senior stakeholders.
  • Lead the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth integration of services.
  • Regularly review client KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and governance to maintain consistency across client deliverables.
  • Work on a project-led basis, building execution plans for each client and overseeing their implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate with experience in a professional office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and partners.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with some project management experience being a plus.
  • Charismatic, with the ability to build confidence with clients and teams.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to quickly review the status of client deliverables.
