Description
Please Note: This is an office based role - 5 days per week
- Oversee financial operations including invoicing, billing, financial reporting, and budget preparation within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and management information systems, along with ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant external bodies such as auditors and solicitors.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports based in HARROW.
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A solid understanding of financial management and accounting within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
- An impressive ability to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues.
- A high level of commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in accounting software and experience with a software system implementation.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
- A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of 38000 - 45000 GBP.
- A discretionary bonus of 10%.
