Practice Manager (ACCA)

Primarily office-based with potential for hybrid working (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break)
Kamro is partnering with a dynamic and growing accountancy and tax services firm in North West London to hire aPractice Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take a leadership role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm, managing staff, client relationships, compliance, and financial processes while contributing to the firm's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 staff, driving productivity, personal development, and high performance.
Workflow & Performance Oversight: Assign tasks, monitor workloads, review accounts, and ensure prompt follow-ups once approvals are made.
System & Record Management: Ensure all records and systems are up-to-date, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Client Interaction & Service: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the firm's daily operations, continuously optimising processes to enhance efficiency.
??Ad-hoc Support to Director: Provide vital support to the Director with various tasks, helping to shape the firm's growth and strategic direction. ?
Requirements:
Nearly 10 years of experience within a UK accountancy practice.
ACCA Fully Qualified
Extensive experience working with a variety of client portfolios.
Proficient with accountancy software such as Xero, QuickBooks, VT Accounts & VT Transactions, BTC tax, Tax Filer, Payroll Manager and Bright Manager.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of compliance, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently. ?
