Due to growth, they are now looking for a dynamic, experienced Sales Advisor to join their team.

Sales Advisor

£30k - £40k | Harwich | 40 hours between Mon-Fri 8:00-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00 - 1:00pm | 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays | Potential for occasional flexible hours | Construction | Property Developer| Sales | House Viewings | Commission Structure |

You will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Engage with potential buyers and provide expert advice on available properties.
  • Manage the sales suite and show homes, ensuring they are presented to a high standard.
  • Conduct property viewings and highlight key features and benefits.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of our client.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in property sales or real estate is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of local property market trends in Essex.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Accurate and thorough
