The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the delivery of global marketing campaigns and events for a well-established company within the technology sector. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you'll work as part of a collaborative and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their experience and grow their career in marketing and communications.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of events from planning and logistics to execution and ROI tracking
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and venues across global locations
  • Represent the business at international events, supporting with stand setup, logistics and lead management
  • Maintain event documentation, prepare event kits and promotional materials, and manage contracts
  • Support the development and execution of group-wide marketing and communications plans
  • Create and schedule email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and manage customer journeys
  • Draft engaging content for blog posts, press releases, LinkedIn, and the internal WordPress newsletter
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure event visibility across websites and internal platforms
  • Assist with advertising and PR activity, including awards submissions and timeline management
  • Manage promotional stock and giveaways across office locations, including digital business card setup
  • Monitor lead capture processes and ensure accurate input into CRM systems

RequirementsA degree in marketing, business or a related field is desirable, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects are essential. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are key. Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Photoshop would be highly desirable. This role could suit someone who has worked as a Marketing Assistant, Events Assistant, or Communications Coordinator.
