Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm
Pay:
25,000 basic + commission (OTE 30,000 - 40,000 per annum)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to join one of our clients, an expanding and ambitious business based in Albourne.

The Requirements:

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Positive, hardworking attitude
  • Confident with numbers and metric measurements

Desirable:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales-based role
  • At least 1 year's experience in an administrative and/or telephone-based role
  • Experience converting opportunities and preparing quotations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous customer service experience

The Role:

  • Convert sales opportunities through effective service and negotiation
  • Deliver first-class customer support via phone, email, and online channels
  • Respond accurately to customer queries and requests
  • Liaise with internal teams to support smooth fulfilment of orders and projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey
