You’ll be working alongside the Managing Partner and Operations Team in Hastings to lead and support over 100 staff across the branch network.This varied and rewarding position covers a broad range of responsibilities, including:
  • Human Resources: Overseeing recruitment, on-boarding, and staff management
  • Office & Facilities Management: Ensuring all locations run smoothly
  • Payroll, Pensions & Insurance: Managing key financial processes
  • Compliance & Health & Safety: Keeping our operations safe and up to standard
  • Supplier & Contract Management: Overseeing key vendor relationships
  • Training & Development: Supporting staff well-being and professional growth
  • Strategic Projects: Helping shape the future direction of the business
What We’re Looking For...We’re after someone who’s calm under pressure, confident in their decision-making, and passionate about people and process. Ideally, you’ll bring:
  • Operational or HR management experience (within a legal or professional services setting highly desirable)
