Job Advert: Deputy Manager – Care Home
Location: Near St Leonards-on-Sea, Sussex
Salary: Starting from £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday – supernumerary
My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join their well-established care home located near the beautiful coastal town of St Leonards-on-Sea in Sussex.
This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated professional to play a key role in leading a committed team and supporting the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a large team
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
Sound understanding and experience in dementia care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and promote a positive, person-centred care culture
