Our client, a prominent entity in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a Systems Engineer on a contract basis. This opportunity is perfect for Senior Systems Engineers who want to utilise their expertise in a demanding and stimulating environment, tackling challenges throughout the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and verification of designs to applicable standards (e.g., RTCA/DO-178, RTCA/DO-254)
- Analysis of customer requirements
- Requirements Analysis, design, implementation, and verification
- Specification, design, integration, validation/verification, and certification of safety-critical avionics
- Participation in design reviews
Job Requirements:
- Experience in systems verification and validation (V&V)
- Proficiency in using DOORS
- Demonstrable breadth and depth of experience across systems engineering disciplines
- Understanding of requirements capture, work package definition, and effort estimation
- Experience with Simulink is desirable
