- Manage general file progression, including opening, closing, and compliance checks
- Edit and proofread legal documentation
- Communicate with clients, solicitors, and third parties by phone, email and in person
- Set up new clients using case management systems and follow established checklists
- Assist with conveyancing matters and use the Land Registry portal
- Handle diary bookings and assist in administrative and legal tasks under supervision
- Experienced in a legal support role (particularly in conveyancing)
- IT savvy with experience using case management systems
- Meticulous, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
