- Manage the residential sales department, supporting and mentoring team members
- Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
- Drive business development and branch growth through prospecting and local networking
- Oversee sales progression and client relationship management
- Monitor and report on team KPIs and financial performance
- Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-selling opportunities
- Previous experience in estate agency sales is essential
- Experience in or strong knowledge of the Hastings area is highly desirable
- Excellent valuation, negotiation and closing skills
- Motivational team leader with a hands-on, proactive attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Basic salary of £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
- On Target Earnings up to £60,000
- Annual car allowance of £3,600
